Kasandra Dozier-Principal Consultant

Kasandra Dozier is a Certified Community Health Worker and the Founder and Principal Consultant of KD Empowerment & Consulting, LLC, a Rhode Island-based organization dedicated to strengthening individuals, families, and communities.
Kasandra brings more than 28 years of customer service experience, 21 years in banking and financial operations, over 10 years of community engagement, and more than five years of management experience. Her professional background includes billing, claims, cash receipts, disbursements, accounts payable, healthcare operations, Medicaid customer service, and HIPAA-related practices.
She is also the Founder and Executive Director of KCRS Youth Empowerment, a nonprofit organization that creates safe spaces and empowering opportunities for women and youth. Through her lived experience, professional expertise, and community leadership, Kasandra understands both the human side of service and the operational structure required to build effective, sustainable programs.
As a Certified Community Health Worker, Kasandra helps individuals and families navigate barriers, connect with essential resources, build confidence, and move toward greater independence. She is also completing her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Change.
Kasandra’s approach is compassionate, practical, and rooted in a simple belief: everyone deserves the support, tools, and opportunities needed to recognize that they are already more than enough.
